- DLG, in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws, shall recruit, hire, train, and promote persons in all job titles without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, genetics, status as a disabled veteran or protected veteran, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
- All employment decisions shall be consistent with the principle of equal employment opportunity, and only valid qualifications shall be considered.
- All personnel actions, such as compensation, benefits, transfers, social and recreational programs, shall be administered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, genetics, status as a disabled veteran or protected veteran, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
- All DLG employees/subcontractors shall be provided a copy of this Statement of Policy and provided with the Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) policy of the relevant jurisdiction where DLG operates.
To ensure that these policies are executed, DLG has designated William L. Hurlock, Esq. as DLG’s EEO Officer, and has charged him with the responsibility to ensure DLG is following all applicable EEO laws in the relevant jurisdictions where DLG operates. Moreover, Mr. Hurlock is to investigate any EEO complaints made by employees and/or consultants hired by DLG.

Albuquerque City and DOJ Agree to Terminate EFIT Following Independent Investigation
On August 23, 2024, the City of Albuquerque filed a response to the External Force Investigative Team (EFIT) Final Backlog Report, fully agreeing with EFIT's findings. This agreement led to a joint motion by the City and the U.S. Department of Justice to terminate the Amended Order Establishing EFIT.
